Fabrizio (he/his) is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at the Rutgers School of Public Health. His research focuses on the application of novel methods to study the intersection of chronic and infectious disease epidemiology. He is currently working on projects that aim to better understand the effects of HIV and antiretroviral therapy on health outcomes (particularly cardiovascular disease) and to identify risk factors that influence HIV-associated conditions in older adults living with HIV. Prior to Rutgers, he received his MPH from the University of Virginia (UVA). He worked for the Carter Immunology Center and the Comprehensive Cancer Center at the UVA School of Medicine as well as the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center at Georgetown University.
