Andrea Rydel is responsible for guiding our students in their career development process and engaging alumni, graduate students, campus partners, and employers in the mentorship and support of our students. She oversees programming around life design, career mentorship, and peak performance training to help students prepare for a career with purpose. Prior to joining the Honors College, she served as Assistant Director of Internships and Career Counseling at Princeton University. She earned her M.A. in Counseling from Montclair University, her B.A. in Psychology with honors, and her doctorate in Educational Psychology from Rutgers University.
