Andrea Rydel is an assistant dean and director in academic affairs. She manages enrichment programs including helping students connect with research, the Honors College Merit Pin award, and the Honors Peer Mentor Program to help students thrive as scholars. Andrea joined the Honors College in 2016. Previously, she served as an assistant director at Princeton University. She earned her doctorate in Educational Psychology from Rutgers University, M.A. in Counseling from Montclair University, and B.A. in Psychology with honors from Rutgers College.
