Ryan Fink is a PhD candidate in the Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology program. I am part of the Lisa Denzin Lab and we study antigen presentation in the immune system using mouse models, flow cytometry, and biochemistry techniques. In my previous experiences, I researched a few different projects focusing on RNA; I have a broad molecular biology background. I will be most helpful to students that want to be accepted to graduate biology programs. I participated significantly in poster presentations and national conferences as an undergraduate at Monmouth University including winning a poster contest at a top national conference open to all levels. I also took a gap year to get additional experience at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, my undergraduate mentor spent countless hours with me preparing me for graduate school and I view this as an opportunity to pass forward what was taught to me (and helped me tremendously!)
