Krista Klein provides direction for Honors College student outreach and the first-year experience. She is responsible for guiding students in their transition from high school to college and supporting students’ overall wellness and safety during this time. Prior to serving as the Director, Krista worked to build the Student Support & Inclusive Communities team for six years with the Associate Dean. Prior to joining the Honors College, she served as Assistant Director for Student Involvement with Rutgers Student Affairs. She graduated from New York University with a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration and received her doctorate in Higher Education from Rutgers University.
