Admitted Student Drop In Tours

Admitted students are welcome to visit the Honors College for a drop-in day of tours and information sessions.  The Honors College will be open at 5 Seminary Place on the College Avenue Campus.

Come Prepared

• Admitted students should be prepared to show their Honors College invitation email as a form of registration.
• There is no limit to the number of guests who can attend with a student at this event.
• Come dressed in comfortable clothes and shoes, as you may be walking and standing for a long duration. 
• Check out our Admitted Students webpage to celebrate your invitation and learn all about the Honors College before arriving.
• Note that we cannot answer specific questions regarding scholarships or financial aid packages. 
• If you are interested, save time to visit Douglass Residential College to learn about additional opportunities available to our students.

Parking & Event Check In

• Guests may park in Lots 26, 30, or the College Avenue Deck while attending. Vehicles must be registered with the University before the event.
• Please allow at least 15 minutes to park and get to the Honors College, located at 5 Seminary Place on the College Avenue Campus.
• The doors will open at 9:30AM  to check in at the Honors College Druskin (South) Lounge entrance on Seminary Place.
• You will not need to pre-register or show registration for the event. Our staff will verify that you have received an invitation to the Honors College at Rutgers University-New Brunswick during check in.

What to Expect

• Lunch is not provided at the Honors College. Feel free to enjoy food at many available locations on campus, including The Yard at College Avenue, just a few blocks away.
• Please note that the Information Sessions have a maximum capacity of 30 guests per session. If you are unable to attend an in-person Information Session, you can view a virtual Information Session on our Admissions webpage.
• Tours depart from the Druskin (South) Lounge on a regular basis. Last tour departs at 1:30PM.
