Join the Honors College Deans and campus partners–including Residence Life, Rutgers Police, Counseling & Psychological Services, and the Dean of Students–for an event to connect with parents and family members.
HC 101 Welcome for Commuters & Extended Community
First-year commuter, off-campus, and extended community students (those living on campus in non-honors housing) can visit the 5 Seminary Place North Lounge from 3:30-5:30pm to meet their Community Mentors and receive their welcome gift.
Parent & Family Welcome
Join the Honors College Deans and campus partners including Residence Life, Rutgers Police, Counseling & Psychological Services, and the Dean of Students for a virtual event to connect with parents and family members.
Community Dinner
Get to know your floormates over dinner! Head to the dining hall on your campus with your Community Mentor at your assigned dinner times.

All new Honors College students will attend the Welcome and Induction Ceremony! You’ll hear words of wisdom from the HC deans and students, write a note to yourself in four years, and officially embark on this new adventure.
