Rahjaun Gordon works as the Director of Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program at Montclair State University. Previously, he has served as an Academic Advisor for EOF as well as Resident Director at multiple Universities. Dr. Gordon has a Bachelors in English and a Master's in Public Administration both from Kean University and a Ph.D. in Family Science and Human Development from Montclair State University. His research interests include first generation college students, family support systems for college students, Intersectionality Theory, and community engagement for minority populations.
