Mackenzie Lawson

Mackenzie Lawson is a sophomore in the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences majoring in Public Health and Biology with a Leadership Scholar certificate from the Institute of Women's Leadership. In the future, Mackenzie plans to attend medical school with aspirations of becoming an OB/GYN. In addition to serving as a Civic Responsibility Mentor in Residence, she is a part of STEM Ambassadors, Douglass Honors College Coalition, the American Medical School Association, and is conducting research on breast cancer as part of the Aresty Research Assistant Program. Mackenzie enjoys spending her free time with friends, reading, knitting, cooking, and painting.

Margot Noyelle

Margot Noyelle

Margot Noyelle is a senior majoring in Cell Biology and Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry. She hopes to become a physician. Besides serving as a Professional Development Mentor in Residence at the Honors College, she does research on hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy at the W.M. Keck Center for Collaborative Neuroscience, sings in the Rutgers University Choir, and works at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. In her free time, Margot enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants in New Brunswick, and spending time with friends.

Peristera is a sophomore in the School of Environmental & Biological Sciences. In addition to serving as a Community Liaison for Brett Hall, she is part of Douglass Residential College and is a member of RU CHAARG. In her free time, Peristera enjoys reading, creative writing, baking, and learning new languages.

Preanka Pillai

Preanka Pillai

Preanka Pillai is a sophomore majoring in Marketing and BAIT (Business Analytics and Information Technology). Along with her role as a Community Liaison, she is a project manager in the Rutgers Consulting Group and an opinion columnist for The Daily Targum. She is also a member of the Douglass Residential College and the Road to Silicon V/Alley Program. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano, writing short stories, and watching stand-up comedy.

Sabrina Lima

DEI Initiatives Undergraduate Intern

Sabrina Lima is a senior majoring in Biological Sciences and minoring in Nutrition. In addition to serving as a Civic Engagement Mentor in Residence at the HC, Sabrina also advocates as the HC’s Diversity Initiatives Intern, is a supplemental instructor for the Office of Diversity and Success in the Sciences, and the President of Rutgers’ Liberated Gospel Choir. Sabrina enjoys the performing arts, going to the gym, and vegan food. Sabrina plans to pursue her passion for service in the medical field, with hopes of attending medical school and later serving underrepresented countries through medical missionary work.

Sruti Cheruvu

Sruti Cheruvu

Sruti Cheruvu is the Liaison Coordinator and the Community Liaison for the Sojourner Truth Apartments. She is a senior in the School of Arts and Sciences majoring in Cell Biology and Neuroscience (CBN). She is very involved in both the Honors College and Douglass Residential College and has experience in research through Project SUPER and the Douglass STEM summer stipend program. At the Honors College, Sruti has also been involved with Rutgers Alternative Breaks. Outside of the Honors College, she is a fellow for Rutgers University Women in Neuroscience (RUWINS), where she organizes monthly seminars for visiting female neuroscientists. Sruti also loves reading, performing at Coffeehouses, exploring new places.
