Jessica Lee

As a Managing Director at CRA, Jessica provides counsel to organizations looking to strengthen communication with key internal audiences – from front-line employees and leaders to senior executives. She helps clients align communication across leadership and foster understanding throughout their organizations.

Jessica’s work includes articulating and driving understanding of vision and strategy, developing and executing engagement strategy for change projects, and strengthening the muscle of communication within her client organizations. Her experience in multiple industries has made her adept at navigating the nuanced relationships between leadership and employee stakeholder groups in healthcare, regulated utilities, and manufacturing.

Jessica is an avid hiker and completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2015. Writing, reading, and communication are her passions, and prior to joining CRA, she worked with a NYC literary agency to support agency clients. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey with a dual degree in English Literature and History in 2013.

Sujaan Sanghvi

Sujaan Sanghvi is a life sciences consultant at Guidehouse, formerly Navigant Consulting. He has worked on a wide range of projects, most notably conducting financial valuations and creating KPI dashboards. While at Rutgers, Sujaan founded HC Ally and the Bloustein Healthcare Case Competition, and is currently a TA for two Masters in Health Administration courses. He hopes to earn an MBA in a few years and remain in the healthcare industry, either through consulting or a more finance-related role.

Sarah Pomeranz

Originally from Boston, Sarah Pomeranz is a recent alumna of RU, where she graduated summa cum laude as an Honors College Scholar with a BS in global business, entrepreneurship, and social justice. She is the co-founder of Sulis, a social venture which develops solar-water cleaning technology for communities in India. Sarah led Sulis to the finals of the $1 million Hult Prize Accelerator, spearheaded a crowdfunding campaign to pilot the teams’ technology, and was recently named one of 2019’s Top 3 American student entrepreneurs by Entrepreneur Organization. Sarah has traveled to over 30 countries and is most proud of the Ted Talk she delivered this past winter entitled, “How Not To Ruin the World with Your Good Intentions.” Sarah interned with Accenture Consulting in Philadelphia during the summer before her senior year and will be moving to Washington D.C. to begin working as an Accenture Strategy Consultant in the fall.
