Sarah is a senior on the pre-medical track pursuing an undergraduate degree in Public Health. She joined the Diversity Peer Educators to promote diversity and inclusion within the Rutgers community by facilitating civil, educated, and engaged conversations about social justice issues. Sarah is also a part of the Office for Diversity and Academic Success in the Sciences and holds a student leader position in the Department of Leadership and Experiential Learning. In the future, Sarah aspires to combine her passion for social justice and healthcare inequalities with her medical career and work with under-served and underrepresented populations.
