Rahjaun Gordon, Ph.D (he/his) is currently the Director of the Educational Opportunity Fund Program at Montclair State University. His is also a researcher exploring student success in first generation college Black male students, family influence on first generation college students, and ecological systems' influences on students of color from low income backgrounds. Dr. Gordon is a native of New Jersey (Trenton) and holds a Ph.D in Family Science and Human Development from Montclair State University.
