Let's Talk Hours
When you are confronted with the Valleys of Life, it is always nice to have a private, confidential, and nonjudgmental space to express your thoughts and emotions. All Honors College students can talk with Shan. Sessions are free.
Mondays, 2:00-4:00pm | HC E125
Sessions are on a first come, first served basis.

Wellness Workshops
Please join Shan Reeves in his weekly workshops. These workshops address methods for relaxation and mindfulness, ways to manage challenges and anxiety, exploration of one's identity in academia, work life balance, and time management in a changing environment. Workshops information for Fall 2024 will be available soon.
Please see the side bar for upcoming workshops or visit the weekly virtual workshops page.
