The Honors College at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, launched in August of 2015, has served as a magnet for attracting top students, as a laboratory for collaboration across the University, as an engine for creating more resources for all Rutgers students, and as a launch pad for exceptional student accomplishment. Recognized as a model for excellence among AAU and Big Ten Academic Alliance peers in just a few short years, the Honors College has graduated students who have moved on to prestigious graduate programs, coveted professional positions, international fellowships, high-impact community engagements, and new roles as Rutgers alumni. This report is intended to illustrate our impact over our first four years within the larger Rutgers community, share life at the Honors College, recognize our many partners who enrich our students' exceptional experience at Rutgers, and outline plans for the future.
