As head of the Global Capital Markets team for Milbank in London, Mr. Peterson is widely regarded as a leader in his field and has developed a broad practice covering finance, capital markets and corporate. His expertise centers on representing corporations, financial institutions and institutional investors on the full range of capital markets transactions with particular expertise in international debt and equity securities offerings, leveraged finance, including mezzanine financings, leveraged acquisitions and debt restructurings. Mr. Peterson earned his bachelor of arts from Rutgers University and his JD from Rutgers Law School.
