Emily Hyde is a PhD student in the Cell and Molecular Pharmacology Graduate Program within Rutgers Molecular Biosciences. She joined Rutgers after earning her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology at Stevens Institute of Technology in 2023. Emily’s research goals include understanding metabolic changes that mediate treatment resistance and revealing targetable metabolic vulnerabilities in cancer cells. Her background is broadly cell biology and metabolism. Emily is eager to help students build research skills and learn more about life after undergrad.
