Program Coordinator, Douglass Discovery | Douglass College
Ellen Walsh is the Program Coordinator for the Douglass Honors College Community and Douglass Discovery students, providing event programming, both academic and community building, and one-on-one support. Before taking on this role, Ellen supported Douglass Residential College by collaborating with faculty and staff to co-develop feminist research and theory coursework, mentoring nontraditional students, and co-organizing campus programming ranging from student exhibitions to guest lectures. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Rutgers University in May 2026 and is a Douglass alum.
