Teach-In 2026 Conversations

Tue, Mar 03 | 6:30 PM
7:30 PM
HCHQ S120, S124, S126
Join us for three evenings of powerful, poignant, and positive exploration of the contemporary issues of the day. Following hard on the “State of the Union” address and response(s), Teach-In Spring 2026 will allow you to build your knowledge, community, and action portfolios when it comes to multiple challenges and changes. Designed to be less instructive and more interactive, each of the events (3, 2, 1 … Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) integrates academic research, scientific data, informed news coverage, vetted white papers, with your voices, concerns, and desired goals at the heart of the conversations. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.

Teach-In 2026 Conversations will include:

  • Trouble Abroad: War and Conflict—Dean J.D. Bowers
  • Trouble at Home: Homelessness—Dr. Doug Cantor, Political Science
  • Trouble in Education: The Grad School Dilemma—Dr. Benjamin Arenger, Rutgers Graduate School
