Rutgers Cuts Ribbon on Honors College Facility

Faculty, students and state representatives, including Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno, gathered Friday in New Brunswick for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Rutgers University's College Avenue campus in New Brunswick.
