Tina Drew is a doctoral student in Electrical Engineering at Rutgers University. Her current research is on identifying wireless device types and modulation schemes using software defined radio. In 2005, she graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering technology.  Thereafter, she earned her Master of Science in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Tina has more than 10 years of experience working in engineering, specializing in the communication industry. She has been the recipient of several awards and certifications including: NJ Senate and General Assembly Citation, National Undergraduate Science Foundation Fellowship, LabVIEW CLAD Certification, and The Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholar Award. She has been a member of IEEE and the Inner Circle Network. Tina has also served as a mentor for ScienceMentors and a liaison for the Upward Bound program at Mercer County Community College.
