Associate Dean for Student Support & Inclusive Communities
Issata Oluwadare provides strategic direction for Honors College student support services, including the first-year transition, community building, inclusive programming, and wellness initiatives. She previously served as Director of Strategic Planning and Programming for the Office of Student Access and Educational Equity at Rutgers, and has worked in various offices within the University, including Residence Life, Upward Bound, Student Support Services, and Rutgers College EOF. She earned her M.S.W. in public and non-profit management at Rutgers and is currently pursuing her doctorate with an emphasis on education, culture, and society.
